๐ง UXplanations โ Models of understanding

A year of looking at how we look at things.
๐ง UX Interpretation: Seeing the structure behind the experience
UXplanations has been an exploration of how everyday objects, systems, and ideas shape understanding. Each entry has taken something familiar and treated it as a model.
Over time, patterns have emerged. Simplification. Distortion. Abstraction. Selection. Reinforcement. The world is not presented directly. It is interpreted through these structures.
๐ฏ Theme: Understanding is constructed
Models help make sense of complexity. They allow us to act, decide, and communicate. But they also filter, shape, and sometimes mislead. This series has shown both sides. The usefulness of models, and their limits.
What remains is not a final answer, but a shift in perspective. To notice the model is to see more clearly.
๐ก UX Takeaways
- Understanding is shaped by models.
- Models simplify and distort at the same time.
- Awareness of structure changes perception.
- No model captures everything.
- Seeing the model is the beginning of understanding.

This collection forms a set of lenses rather than conclusions. Each UXplanation offers a way of seeing, rather than a statement of truth.
